Day 2 - Your Favorite Movie

A favorite movie would have to be something that I could watch over and over again. For that I pick...10 Things I Hate About You! I swear I've seen this movie a hundred times already.

Reasons it never gets tired:

• Julia Stiles and Heath Ledger sizzle with sarcasm.
• Anyone can totally relate to it.
• Sex-related humor.
• Joseph Gordon-Levitt!
• Cast are all characters.
• A modern day screen adaptation of a Shakespeare play? Simply brilliant!
• Witty dialogue throwback.

For example:

Walter Stratford: [Bianca and Chastity are sneaking past Bianca's father] Shoulda used the window!
Bianca: Hi Daddy!
Walter Stratford: Hi... where're we going?
Bianca: Well, if you must know... a small study group of friends.
Walter Stratford: Otherwise known as an orgy?
Chastity: Mr. Stratford, it's just a party!
Walter Stratford: And hell is just a sauna.

And my personal favorite:

Patrick: I thought you wanted out.
Cameron: Yeah, well, I did, but, uh... that was until she kissed me.
Patrick: Where? (meaning to ask which part of his body)
Cameron: In the car.

I especially love watching it when I'm feeling a bit out there. I guess you can call it my comfort movie.
