Weekend

I had a pretty awesome weekend. How 'bout you guys? :)

Friday: I was home alone for most of the night. The 'rents took off to Pampanga to attend a friend's funeral and my brother was just about on his way home from Baguio. Since I had to wait for him, I watched old Gimik episodes (this old school local teenybopper series from the 90's I used to watch all the time) to stay awake. Have you ever known Melanie (Mylene Dizon) and Brian (Bojo Molina) to be the cheesy ones? Kuya got home so late I was in a grumpy mood already but he more than made up for it with all the Baguio treats he went home with. Chocolate crinkles, strawberry pastillas, choco flakes and oatmeal cookies. Yum yum!

Saturday: The boyfriend went over to hang out. He brought me dalandan! :) We watched How I Met Your Mother Season 2 for most of the afternoon. Then since the brother just turned 26 last August 25, he treated us and had pizza delivered to celebrate. The rest of the afternoon was spent watching Gods Must Be Crazy 2 on VCD and playing Wii Pool. After the boyfriend went home and the parents arrived, I went to Brizie's house to celebrate Fitz's birthday and hang out with Pam, Albert and the rest of the Cordero kids.

Sunday: Today was easy breezy. I woke up, ate lunch and slept the afternoon away. In the evening, me and the family had dinner out to celebrate, again, the brother's birthday. His treat! Chinese food FTW!

I just realized I was raving about my weekend because of all the yummy food I had. That is so...ME! Haha. And with that, I leave you with my gorgeous fez. 

Mwahahaha! Kidding. The ride home bored me.
